DIRECTIONS

ALLERGY ADVICE

Suitable for vegetarians. Free from nuts, lactose, wheat/gluten. This product contains natural mixed tocopherols soya from a premium quality non GMO source. Riboflavin and Cyanocobalamin are derived from yeast fermentation.

CAUTIONS

Do not take if planning a pregnancy, pregnant or breastfeeding. Beta carotene should not be taken by heavy smokers. Long term intake of more than 10mg/day Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Ask your health care practitioner if you have any concerns about drug interactions or need advice.
